ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — An Elizabeth City man faces four charges after police received a report of domestic violence on Wednesday, according to a city press release.

Roylin Junius Beale, 40, of the 1900 block of Providence Road, is charged with two counts of second-degree kidnapping and two counts of assault on a female.

According to the Elizabeth City Police Department, police received a report from the 1900 block of Providence Road at 12:48 p.m. Wednesday. Officers made the arrest after further investigation.
