A Canberra businesswoman is behind bars after she was sentenced in the ACT Supreme Court for sexual offences against three former employees.
Angela Phan pleaded guilty to four charges ranging from an act of indecency to grooming, using a carriage service to transmit child abuse material, and persistent sexual abuse of a child.
The court heard Phan persisted with her crimes despite concerns raised by her partner, and even one of the victims, who suggested the contact between them was "unethical".
Two of the victims were children at the time.
Phan can be identified after her victims gave consent for her to be named.
