CARTHAGE, Mo. — Carthage School administrators say the planning and design process for a new auditorium at Carthage High School is about 60% complete and plans are to break ground on the project early in 2026.

“We’ve had a busy summer working with Hight-Jackson, our architect, and Crossland Construction, our construction manager at risk,” said Assistant Superintendent for Business Holley Goodnight in a video released recently on the Carthage School District’s Facebook page. ×
