MUSKEGON, MI – A driver will stand trial for murder for a crash that killed a 40-year-old man riding his motorcycle, a judge ordered.
Keith Lamar Williams, 33, waived a preliminary examination on Thursday, Sept. 18, in Muskegon County District Court.
He was bound over on a second-degree murder charge as well as first-degree fleeing and eluding, reckless driving causing death, and operating under the influence causing death.
Williams is being held in the Muskegon County Jail without bond.
The charges stem from a July 29 crash near Lakeshore Drive and Robinson Street that killed Nate Thorsen of Muskegon.
