Former Trump press secretary and Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany shrugged off the First Amendment argument after late-night host Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension from ABC as she asked, “What about all the amendments that Charlie Kirk lost?”

Appearing on on Thursday night, McEnany said she’s been tuning into liberal networks since ABC yanked Kimmel’s show, and has never heard them care more about the U.S. Constitution.
