People who want a front-row view of fall’s Spirit of Halloweentown festival, summer concerts and other celebrations held in St. Helens , might consider moving to the city on the west bank of the Columbia River.

If so, 85 residential properties are for sale in St. Helens, according to the online marketplace Redfin.

The offerings range from an equestrian estate and contemporary house to a historic fixer-upper and a fortified dwelling designed to appeal to prepper survivalists.

The city with 14,000 residents hosts the Spirit of Halloweentown for five weekends, starting Sept. 27, to celebrate that the 1998 Disney Channel movie “Halloweentown” was primarily filmed here.
