ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Two men have been arrested after thefts from a tornado-impacted neighborhood in the City of St. Louis.

Earlier this month, St. Louis officers were notified that multiple people were stealing pipes from a vacant building in the 5300 block of Savoy Court. The location had been damaged in the May tornado.

Deandre Smith, 49, and Rathan Robinson, 34, were later arrested and found to have burglary tools. Police said they were caught while stealing copper piping from the basement of a now-vacant apartment building that was also damaged in the tornado.
