The suspect in Tuesday's triple homicide in San Jose allegedly attacked one of the victims multiple times in the days leading up to the killings, a lead detective in the case said in a written report.

In a statement of facts writeup, homicide Detective Christina Jize stated that they believe suspect Joseph Charles Vicencio, 27, is responsible for the shooting deaths of 26-year-old Tarrah Lynn Taylor, 24-year-old Jeannessa Caillean Lurie and 26-year-old Max Chavez Ryan inside a home on Chynoweth Avenue early Tuesday morning.

Jize cited video surveillance, statements made by Vicencio to two witnesses and a previous domestic violence incident involving Taylor as reasons for identifying him as the suspect. Vicencio was arrested on Wednesday and booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
