WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Wichita police have arrested a second suspect in connection with the Labor Day shooting that killed 19-year-old Sebastian Williams.

A 17-year-old male was arrested on a felony murder charge, police said Friday. His case will be submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for review and possible formal charges.

Police had already arrested a 16-year-old male, also on a felony murder charge.
