M&T Bank customers reported issues with their accounts Friday morning, beginning at approximately 5 a.m.
"We are currently experiencing issues impacting certain platforms, including Mobile. We are working closely with our technology team to resolve this matter," an M&T Bank spokesperson posted on the company's social media platforms.

The Downdetector website tracking the issues shows a spike of over 2,000 reports made at approximately 9 a.m.
Customers have commented on the company's Facebook and X posts expressing concerns for not receiving their direct deposits this morning.
