NEW YORK CITY — Sam Younger, who recently retired with the title of chief management analyst, has witnessed a lot after a 40-year career at the Office of Court Administration (OCA).
A pioneer in the technology realm, Younger was involved with purchasing some of the first personal computers and local area networking equipment ever used in the courts.
Younger was celebrated last month with an intimate get-together, consisting of his closest friends and colleagues at his office headquarters, located at 25 Beaver Street.
“I’ve accomplished a lot in my career, and I’m leaving things in pretty good order,” Younger, 64, told the Brooklyn Eagle. “I’m also going to have a grandchild in the fall, and it just seemed like the right time to go. I’m totally confident leaving things to the next genera
