WALLINGFORD, Vt. (WCAX) - Vermont State Police are asking for your help to find a missing suspect.

Early Friday morning at around 5:00 a.m., Police say they were called to a home on Nash Drive in Wallingford for a suspicious incident.

When they got there, they found that 62-year-old Rodney Davis of Wallingford had seriously injured a family or household member.

They say Davis had a gun and took off on foot into the forested area nearby.

Troopers got him on the phone, but say he refused to exit the woods and thinks his phone died.

They haven’t been able to contact him again and don’t know where he is now.

Davis is facing charges for aggravated domestic assault, unlawful restraint, and burglary.
