WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - New Hampshire Day was celebrated at the Big E in West Springfield, drawing crowds eager to experience the state's unique offerings.

Visitors flocked to the New Hampshire building, where the highlight was the original New Hampshire Mac and Cheese, made with local cheese and served exclusively at the Big E. The building has been promoting New Hampshire agriculture for 12 years, and this year was no exception.

"I don't think anything really changes for us, but just promoting what is so great in New Hampshire and all the great food that comes from New Hampshire and the agriculture that we provide in New Hampshire," said Zackarey Blye, an operator in the New Hampshire building.
