ROCKFORD, MI—It was arguably the biggest game in the region Friday night as East Kentwood Falcons headed to Rockford Rams for the OK Red matchup.

The Falcons, entered the conference matchup undefeated at 3-0, while Rockford, at 2-1, had recovered from a Week 1 loss to Saline with wins over Muskegon and Grand Haven.

It was military appreciation night as the Rams wore special USA-themed helmets and the student section was decked out in red, white and blue.

Rockford senior Hayden Peoples put the Rams on the scoreboard first with a rushing touchdown. The Falcons would even the score on a rush by senior quarterback and Michigan State commit Kayd Coffman with 49 seconds left in the first half.
