Three area law enforcement leaders said Friday that the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2000 McGirt decision and cases it triggered continue to cause problems for them.
“You tend to live in a state of confusion,” said Broken Arrow Police Chief Lance Arnold, whose jurisdiction straddles two state judicial districts and two federal judicial districts and lies completely within the Muscogee Nation.
