It has been a long journey for Josh Graham and his farmers market, but in April of next year, his business will have a permanent location.

The YMCA of Greater Charlotte sold a portion of land on its Lowe’s YMCA campus in Mooresville to Josh’s Farmers Market, the organizations announced on Monday.

Graham said he’s happy to know his business has a future after several years of searching for a permanent location.

“The number one thing that made it all worthwhile was the customer base and the continued support in the community. Not every business can literally loop around or jump around every 90 days or 120 days, and the customers still be willing to follow and continue to support,” Graham said.
