West Chester – Barclay Friends, a Kendal Affiliate community in West Chester, Chester County, has been awarded the Memory Care Seal of Excellence by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.

This designation recognizes Barclay Friends’ commitment to providing exceptional dementia care and its dedication to advancing standards as part of the Memory Care Excellence Network, according to a press release.
