Six most expensive homes sold in the Woodbridge area, Sept. 8

A house in Iselin that sold for $655,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Woodbridge area in the past week.

In total, seven residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $522,429. The average price per square foot was $430.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

6. $455K, single-family residence at 71 Russell Street

A 1,080-square-foot single-family home at 71 Russell Street in Woodbridge, has been sold. The total purchase price was $455,000, $421 per square foot. The house was built in 1897. The deal was finalized on Aug. 18.
