The San Francisco Giants are wrapping up their second to last week of the season this weekend, which means it’s time to make our picks for Player of the Week!

My pick is the easiest pick of all time. If you recall earlier this season when Casey Schmitt hit two grand slams against the Los Angeles Dodgers in the same series, I said something to the effect of “hit two grand slams against the Dodgers, you’re Player of the Week!” I am going to also add “hit a walk-off grand slam against the Dodgers, you’re Player of the Week”

That’s right, Patrick Bailey gets the honors this week because of his epic walk-off grand slam against the Dodgers last Friday. And yes, this is also probably my pick for the highlight of the week. I do not care. It was that good. Patrick Ba
