If you’re about to travel to France, you may have to call your airline to check whether any changes have been made to your flight. France's air traffic controllers are planning a three-day strike in October.

Syndicat Majoritaire des Contrôleurs Aériens (SNCTA) members announced a strike on September 17 and 18 to protest against current working conditions. However, this had to be postponed due to the recent political crisis in the country.

Thousands of flights are likely to be affected, and hundreds may experience cancellations, impacting hundreds of thousands of passengers worldwide. According to an official statement by the SNCTA, the strike will be postponed to October and extended from two to three days.
