A much-loved Cambridge teacher is spending his final weeks with his family, as the community rallies to support him.

Mark Woodfield, a kindergarten teacher at Moffat Creek Public School, who has shaped lives of countless students and athletes has been told he has just three to six weeks to live.

Woodfield was first diagnosed with neuroendocrine prostate cancer in 2021.

He is a father of three children — Chloe, 21, Liam, 19, and Mick, 19. They all have stepped away from their studies at Brock University, Carleton University and Conestoga College to spend time and care for their dad during this difficult time.
