Two teenagers were identified as the victims of a fatal crash that happened early Saturday morning on Interstate 195, according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office.
The crash happened around 1:09 a.m. on Saturday, on the westbound side of I-195 in Dartmouth. It involved a KIA sedan that was recently reported stolen out of Fall River, the office said.
State police had received a call about the sedan driving erratically and a high speeds on the highway, and troopers found the car crashed off the roadway and into the median near exit 22.
Two people were found ejected from the sedan and in the left travel lane. They were pronounced dead at the scene and identified as a teenage boy and a teenage girl, both from Fall River, according to the district attorney’s office.
