SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman missing out of Salt Lake City, according to Salt Lake City Police.

Debra Penningjack, 63, was last seen at around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, near 110 West 600 South. She is described as Native American, 5'4", 138 lbs, with black hair in a ponytail.

She reportedly has a small brown and white Chihuahua and is known to frequent downtown Salt Lake City area hotels.

"She was last seen wearing a purple coat and dark pants. She was carrying a brown shoulder bag," SLCPD posted on X. "If you see Debra or have any information on her location, please call 9-1-1 immediately."
