The Florence County Sheriff 's Office is seeking a Conway man in connection with the shooting death of a 3-year-old on Saturday.

Joseph Waterman Jr., 34, of 5496 Hendricks Short Cut Road, Conway, is wanted on a charge of murder, according to the sheriff 's office. He's 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.

The sheriff 's office believes he's armed and dangerous.

Kenneth Washington Jr., 36, of 1564 Old Georgetown Road was previously charged with murder in the death of Antonio Burgess of Hemingway.

The shooting occurred Saturday night on the 900 block of Midway Highway in the Johnsonville community.

Washington allegedly drove a co-defendant to the incident location and remained present during the crime, which resulted in the death of Burgess.
