Josh Radnor reveals why rewatching 'How I Met Your Mother' years later is a 'healing' experience

Josh Radnor, who portrayed Ted Mosby on “How I Met Your Mother,” for nine seasons from 2005 to 2014, is revisiting the sitcom eleven years later.

Earlier this year, the actor, 51, launched his rewatch podcast, “How We Made Your Mother” alongside the show’s co-creator Craig Thomas. 7

During an appearance on Jesse Tyler Ferguson’s podcast, “Dinner’s on Me” earlier this month, Radnor confessed that his podcast came to be after rewatching the CBS series with his wife, Jordana Jacobs.

“She wanted to watch the show and it had been 20 years since it premiered and I called Craig Thomas, who I remained very dear friends with one of the creators, and I said, ‘I’m gonna rewatch the show, do you want to do something a little more formal and kind of like have some
