A house that sold for $1.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Princeton in the past week.

In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $865,725. The average price per square foot was $499.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A sale has been finalized for a single-family home at 1803 Muriel Court in Princeton. The price was $320,000. The house was built in 1985 and the living area totals 1,130 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $283. The deal was finalized on Aug. 18.
