ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department has charged 17-year-old Librado Lovato in the fatal shooting of a man at a West Side apartment that happened earlier this week. Officers responded to reports of a shooting around 11:30 p.m. Thursday and found a dead gunshot victim.

Police say surveillance video from a nearby apartment showed a person in gray sweatpants and a sweatshirt walking with a female in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Gunshots can be heard on the video at 11:19 p.m., and the person in gray sweatpants and a sweatshirt can be seen running from the scene.
