Over three days this past week, Desiree Young and Philip Perseval of Kelowna’s Perseval & Young Cheesemongers celebrated their sixth anniversary. Providing artisan cheese to their community of cheese lovers, they celebrated on a traditional and modern theme: wood (representing growth and stability), the colour purple (representing luxury and intimacy) and calla lilies (symbolizing love and appreciation). The wood was represented in a wood-strapped L’Adoray cheese from Quebec, accompanied by a curated selection of cheeses with striking purple and turquoise rinds, all offered at a 25% discount.
