CHADWICK, Mo. (KY3) - A 21-year-old woman from Rogersville was seriously injured after the four-wheeler she was riding on rolled over late Friday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol , the crash happened just after 9:30 p.m. on private property, near Swan Cave Road in Chadwick.

The report said the woman was riding as a passenger when the driver, a 23-year-old man from Rogersville, failed to negotiate a curve, and the four-wheeler went off the road. The ATV hit a metal gate and overturned multiple times, ejecting both.

The passenger was flown to a hospital in Springfield with serious injuries. The driver was not hurt.
