The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating an incident in Savannah from Friday afternoon, where a suspect allegedly fired at law enforcement before subsequently being shot by a Savannah Police officer, according to a GBI press release Saturday .

The suspect was transported to a local hospital and was listed in critical condition as of GBI's Saturday press release. No officers were injured in the shooting, according to the release.
