Police in Sacramento are investigating after an area television station was hit by gunfire on Friday.

It happened at ABC10 in Sacramento just after 1:30 p.m., according to Sacramento Police, as reported by 2 News Nevada's sister station KOVR .

At least three rounds hit the building, police say, apparently striking a window.

Police are calling the incident a drive-by shooting.

No suspect information has been released, and police have not identified a motive.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
