Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page has revealed she was once groped by a TV presenter just moments after being warned he could be "very handsy". ‌

The 48-year-old recalled the incident in her new autobiography , titled Lush! My Story – From Swansea To Stacey And Everything In Between. ‌

Although she does not name the man responsible, as she was told to "be careful" by lawyers , she still details it in her book, which comes out on September 25. ‌

She says the warning about the host came from a female producer, who had said: "He's probably going to start touching you, but that's just him."

Although she was nervous about meeting him anyway, she said this "doubled" as she "sat there waiting for him to spring on me".
