An avid runner has completed a mammoth journey from Manchester to the Hague - but says he won’t stop there.

Raja Aslam, from Blackburn, began the incredible feat from Media City, before running around half a marathon - 13 miles - per day until he reached Holland.

The 37-year-old, who works with Olive Branch Fostering, is raising funds for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award charity, which helps young people from all backgrounds build confidence, resilience, and life skills.

And now, after nine days, he has completed the 350 mile journey .
