Brian Spencer, 31, was last seen Friday evening in Dodge Center. Investigators say Spencer was in a gray Toyot Highlander in Minnesota license plate ELL015. The Highlander was parked in front of a school in the 300 block of 1st Street NW in Dodge Center.
