FOLSOM, Calif. — When Folsom native Morgan Erlich launched Indulgence Coffee Co. in December 2023, she didn’t just want to serve coffee — she wanted to create moments people would remember.

“From the very beginning, my goal was to create more than just coffee services,” said Erlich. “I wanted to bring people together and make drinks feel like part of the celebration.”

That vision quickly expanded beyond morning lattes. As clients began asking if she could bring the same elevated touch to evening events, Erlich and her fiancé, Mateo Castro, launched Indulgence Mobile Cocktail Co.

Today, their team serves everything from school fundraisers to weddings, corporate events and black-tie galas.
