MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two people have been detained after shots were reportedly fired on I-40.

Memphis Police responded to reports of shots being fired on I-40 West and North Germantown Parkway just after 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Police say no one was struck by gunfire.

According to the Memphis Police, two people have been detained. Memphis Police have not said if those people face charges.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
