A woman said to have links to a deadly cartel has been arrested after allegedly being found in possession of enough fentanyl to kill around 12 million people. Celia Lara-Rios, 34, was pulled over while driving her car, which had a child inside. ‌

The 34-year-old is accused of trafficking in fentanyl and use of a communication device in commission of a felony, court records show. Cops say Lara-Rios "knowingly" possessed 24,958 grams of fentanyl — about 55 pounds — during a traffic stop near her home in Lawrenceville. It was deemed one of
