DALLAS – It wasn’t easy, but North Cobb came out with a win as the Warriors eked out a 24-17 victory over North Paulding in a Region 5AAAAAA contest at The Den on Friday.
It was a game the Warriors could have easily lost after it appeared North Paulding broke a 10-all tie after a touchdown in the third quarter, but the score was called back after a penalty and the Warriors came back immediately with a touchdown to go up 17-10 and fought off a physical Wolfpack squad to gain a crucial region win.
