Week 4 of the 2025 college football brought plenty of movement in my top 25 rankings.

For the fifth consecutive season, I’m an Associated Press Top 25 voter. And each week, I’ll be sharing my full ballot, explaining why I ranked everything the way I did.

The official AP Top 25 poll will be published on Sunday afternoon. But before that drops, here’s my complete AP ballot after Week 4.

1. Ohio State (1): The Buckeyes were idle this week. They go on the road for the first time next week in what could be a tricky game against Demond Williams Jr. and Washington.

2. Penn State (2): The Lions were idle after what amounted to a three-game preseason. I still consider Penn State a national title contender. I’m not shying away from my sky-high
