The North Shore of Massachusetts is known for its countless beaches, historic communities and pastoral roads that wind through farmland and fields. It’s also home to a quiet and very wealthy subsection with equestrian heritage.

This part of the North Shore, which centers around the towns of Hamilton and Wenham, has miles of trails for horseback riding, a number of old equestrian estates, a museum that focuses in part on horses and, of course, the Myopia Hunt Club, one of the oldest polo clubs in the United States.
