Despite claims to state, $2.5M Paramount roof rehab overseen by Heriberto Flores team never completed

SPRINGFIELD – Atop the Paramount Theater , it’s as though roofers broke for lunch one day and never came back.

Though the job wasn’t finished, every penny from a $2.5 million state allocation to rehab the property was paid out. A project leader told the state a leaking roof had been replaced. Yet rain still pours through holes atop the historic Main Street building.
