PEORIA, Ill. (25 News) – A crash of two SUV’s in Peoria leaves two women injured.

The crash happened around 9 p.m. Saturday near Martin Luther King Drive and Western Avenue.

25 News reports the two women were trapped in one of the vehicles that had rolled on its side and were removed by firefighters using special tools.

They were transported to a hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle refused treatment.
