SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Indiana State Police have responded to a semi-truck roll over crash going east bound near exit 83 on the Indiana toll road.

Traffic is being diverted at Mishawaka exit 83 due to all east bound lanes now being blocked off.

Emergency crews have responded to the scene and drivers should expect delays.
