TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Hot to wrap up the weekend with limited rain chances to start next week. A better opportunity for wet weather arrives late week.
Some showers yesterday:
If you were at the FSU game yesterday, you know there was a lightning strike near the stadium, but it did not rain during the delay. So where were the storms?
Check out the estimated rainfall over the last three days. There have only been small drops, likely under 0.5âł in most cases, with the showers. No meaningful rain to help improve the drought.
Staying hot to end the weekend:
There is a little humidity as you head out the door, but still not the really nasty stuff. Clouds are the main reason temperatures are starting in the 70s for some spots. The eastern Big Bend is cooler in the 60s with clear skies.
