The Denis Law Legacy Trail has officially opened in the Printfield area of Aberdeen .
The project aims to celebrate the area of the city where the Scottish footballing legend grew up, inspiring visitors and the community to learn about his achievements .
The trail involved a number of students and recent graduates from Gray’s School of Art . The project was led and implemented by design teams at Fine Day Studio and New Practice, part of Civic and experts in community engagement and placemaking.
The 10-point trail features a series of outdoor artworks designed to promote Denis’s childhood roots, including sculptures, wayfinding totems, plaques and murals.
