ROCHESTER, Minn. — SE MN Together is organizing three upcoming convenings to discuss regional collaboration opportunities, starting in Owatonna on September 30.

Organizers say southeast Minnesota lacks a formal structure for regional collaboration, which could help in planning, economic development, and accessing grant opportunities. In 2024, SE MN Together, in partnership with the University of Minnesota Extension, began exploring the potential benefits of structured regional hubs.

This research aims to help communities access federal funding and better leverage resources. The full study report is available online , and its findings will be presented at these convenings.
