TRAFALGAR, Ind. — Two juveniles were ejected from an ATV after a crash in Johnson County Saturday night.

The Trafalgar Fire Department said crews responded to the 5000 West block of 300 South in Trafalgar, Indiana for an ATV rollover accident Sept. 20.

The fire department said two juveniles were on the ATV and were ejected due to the crash.

Neither one of them had helmets or seat belts on, authorities said.

When authorities arrived on scene, the fire department said one of the juveniles was up and walking around, while the other one was lying in the ditch "breathing but unresponsive."

That juvenile was taken to Riley Hospital where they are in "stable but serious condition."
