Fran Brown and Syracuse football picked up a major 34-21 win over Clemson on Saturday, Sept. 20, but may have also suffered a devastating loss.

Orange quarterback Steve Angeli left in the third quarter of Syracuse's 34-21 win over the Tigers in Memorial Stadium, following a non-contact injury. Angeli left the stadium in a boot and was walking with the aid of crutches.
