A police helicopter has been spotted circling over an area near Exeter. Reports of the helicopter flying over Pinhoe first came in just before 6pm this evening (September 21).

One resident in the area told DevonLive: "There's lots of activity from police, fire and ambulance in Pinhoe. Police helicopter now circling."
