JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars' defense made a statement Sunday, holding the Houston Texans and quarterback C.J. Stroud to just 10 points, beating Houston at home for the first time since 2017, 17-10.

Three critical fourth quarter turnovers by the Jags defense were the key to the win. Veteran cornerback Jourdan Lewis had the first pick in the first minute of the fourth quarter, which seemingly shifted momentum back in the Jags' favor after kicker Cam Little missed a short field goal, turning the ball over to the Texans.

The game started with a series of defensive stands by both teams.

C.J. Stroud and the Texans drove down the field but kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn missed a 52-yard field goal.
